El Escalpelo

Weekly newspaper published in Spanish in 1933 by Ramon Gomez Portillo (1908–1948) the first journalist who lived in Ocaña, North of Santander, Colombia. El Escalpelo dealt with commentaries and critics about the local government and some events in the town. Original copies of El Escalpelo can be found in the Archivo General de la Nación de Colombia.
