Euspira is a genus of medium-sized sea snails, marine gastropod molluscs in the family Naticidae, the moon snails. [1]
Fossil reports
This genus is known in the fossil records from the Cretaceous to the Quaternary (age range: from 242.0 to 0.0 million years ago). Fossils are found in the marine strata throughout the world. There are about 25 extinct species.[2]
