First Welsh Congregational Church is a Congregational church near Iowa City, Iowa that was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1977.[1]
The first sermon associated with the church was in September 1845, and was believed to be the first Welsh church "in the whole region west of the Mississippi River", according to a 1905 account in the Columbus Gazette.[2]
