In the Dungeons & Dragons fantasy role-playing game, the gloomwing is a type of creature.
Publication history
The gloomwing first appeared in the first edition Monster Manual II (1983).[1]
The gloomwing appeared in second edition for the Forgotten Realms setting in the first Monstrous Compendium Forgotten Realms Appendix (1989),[2] and is reprinted in the Monstrous Manual (1993).[3]
Description
A gloomwing is a large moth creature, an aerial carnivore with great speed and agility.
