Gordon Watson (born March 1954) is a British antique dealer and television presenter, and "one of the world's leading authorities on 20th and 21st century design".[1]
Watson's customers at his eponymous store have included Elton John, Mick Jagger and Madonna, and he initially barred Freddie Mercury and his leather-clad friends from his shop, because he thought they were a biker gang coming to rob him.[2]
Watson was the only dealer to appear in all of the first four series of Channel 4's Four Rooms TV show.[1] Since May 2016, he has his own series on BBC2, The Extraordinary Collector.[2]
Watson lives and works in Chelsea, London.[3]
