Gorssel is a village in the Dutch province of Gelderland. It is located in the municipality of Lochem, about 6 km southeast of Deventer.
Gorssel was a separate municipality until 2005, when it was merged with Lochem.[1]
Gorssel is a small, relatively wealthy town, situated in a forest area in eastern Gelderland. It is part of the municipality of Lochem, about 6 km southeast of Deventer, close to the River IJssel.
