HalfNoise
HalfNoise is the debut EP released by the American indie rock project created by Zac Farro, HalfNoise after left the band Paramore in 2010. The EP was released on October 1, 2012 on the UK through Xtra Mile Recordings and October 2 through their official website.
Background
After he left Paramore, Zac Farro started his project HalfNoise with Jason Clark, who left later the project in 2012. The self-titled EP consists of demos and new materials recorded in 2011 while Farro and Clark were at home from Paramore's tour breaks. Farro stated to NME that the album instrumental was entirely recorded by himself and his friend Daniel James, "I played all the drums, I did all the sampling. Me and a producer called Daniel James did the guitars together, but it was mainly just me performing."[3] One single was released from the EP, titled "Free The House". Later in 2012, the EP was made available for free download on NoiseTrade.
