Hare Kkaanch Ki Choodiyaan

Hare Kkaanch Ki Choodiyaan is a Hindi-language television series that aired on Sahara One channel in 2005, based on the story of a young pregnant woman who faces many obstacles in life. The series premiered on 25 July 2005. Started to air 5 days a week since December 5, 2005[1] From 5 December 2005 aired every Monday - Friday at 3:30pm IST.[2] The series is produced by Percept Picture Company, and starred Shishir Sharma, Dharmesh Vyas, Rajalaxmi Solanki, Mihir Mishra, Bhumika Seth, Gunjan Vijaya, Krutika Desai, Snigdha Akolkar in her television debut role,[3] & Swapnil Joshi in the main lead.[4]

On Sahara One Hare Kkaanch Ki Choodiyaan series (307 episodes total) was eventually replaced by Kuch Apne Kuch Paraye soap since 21 November 2006.

Title of the story

Hare kanch ki choodiyan (the green bangles that signify marriage). Green is as auspicious color as red for married women. It just depends what part of India you are from. For Maharashtrians, green colored glass bangles are considered very auspicious.[6]

The story so far

Mr Singhania has a son Vikram, an adopted son Sunny and his second wife Sharda who's two kids are Sania and Ravi. As per the will the first grandchild will get 51% of the share of the Singhania Empire and Singhania wants his son Vikram to get it . But Vikram is impotent and cannot have his own kid. So a master plan is made where Sunny will be Sid will befriend Shymalee and make her fall in his love trap . Also he will make her pregnant and then disappear back to London. That's how Sid comes into Shymalee's life and he acts like he is in love with her. Shymalee as she is the innocent girl falls for Sid and He was her lover and loved her as Siddhant (his pseudo name). they end up consummating thereby Shymalee becomes pregnant. Shymalee and Sid decide to get married but Shymalee' jiju is not in the favor for the relationship. The reason being that Singhania has approached him for Shymalee's hand for Vikram .Shymalee who is madly in love with Sid decides to elope . Shymalee's sister Rashmi seeing her plight helps her to elope but on the day Sid does not turn up .Later shymalee's is shown Sid's stuff and is made to believe that Sid is dead. Meanwhile, Vikram is married to Pooja but here the reason still is not clear and shown as to why Pooja agrees to divorce Vikram.Singhania ends up making her the MD of Singhania industries so that she will give the divorce. Once she gave the divorce she becomes this obsessed lover and till current is after Vikram and wants to get his love back.Currently as nothing is working she has now resorted to black magic . As Sunny was presumed dead she married Vikram and so the child was to get Vikram's name and now Vikram in his anger has decided to not give his name to the child . As per the plan Vikram gets married to Shymalee who is pregnant .Her pregnancy is not known to all just Sunny, Vikram and Mr Singhania.

Singhania is happy that all has gone in his favor till there is a twist thanks to Sunny. Sunny decides to not go back to London and ends up comin back to the house as he now wants the 51% of the share. Shymalee is shocked to see Sid and although she is told by all that he is Sunny she does not believe them . She then starts to dig up evidences to prove that this is Sid and her sister and jiju help her. When they come close to getting the proofs Singhania who gets scared sends a killer Jagtap to kill Sunny. But Jatap accidentally kills Shymalee's jiju.[7]

Plot

While Singhania orders Jaktab to eliminate Sonny, Shyamlee takes Sonny to the temple as planned. Pooja informs Sonny about Jagtap and alerts him. Raghuveer gets his gun and goes to the temple to settle scores with Sunny. In the entire confusion, Jagtap fires, but he misses his target and the bullet hits Raghuveer and he dies.

At Durga temple Sonny (Swapnil Joshi) asking Shyamlee (Snigdha Akolkar) what is your purpose behind all this? Just then someone keeps a gun at Sonny's forehead. Raghu (Dharmesh Vyas) is threatening Sonny with a gun. Just the Jaktab reaches the temple. Raghu is asking Sonny to tell the truth. Sonny is shouting at them if they are crazy? Jaktab walks up to the temple. Raghu and Shyamlee keep insisting and telling Sonny should accept the truth. While Sonny denies it. Jaktab watches them argue and thinks: "Why didn't Singhania Saab tell me that Sonny won't be alone?" Singhania (Shishir Sharma) calls Jaktab who is loading the gun (again? didn't he do that in the last episode?). Sonny and Raghu are arguing, while Jaktab aims. Singhania calls Jaktab's cell that is left behind in his car. Singhania thinks that Sonny must have taken Shyamlee along. He then calls Sonny on the cell (who seems to plead with Raghu to let him take the call. Raghu doesn't allow it). They keep arguing with each other. Jaktab is aiming, but since Sonny is not standing still, he is not able to aim. Sonny (notices Jaktab aiming at him) pulls Shyamlee in front of him to shield himself (what an evil guy!) Raghu accidentally turns around and gets Jaktab's bullet straight in his chest and falls. Sonny looks down at Raghu's fallen body. While Shyamlee clutches her jiju's body and cries.

Rashmi wonders why hasn't Raghu returned yet? She calls his cell. Shyamlee is crying cradling Raghu's body. She sees Rashmi's call and doesn't take it. Rashmi worries why isn't Raghu taking the call? Just then the doorbell rings. She feels hopefully that it's him. It's Shyamlee. Rashmi asks her where her jiju is? Shyamlee doesn't speak. Rashmi keeps asking her where Raghu is.... she tells her about all the bad luck (Rashmi lighted the diya which was about to get extinguished…….she covered it with her hand. Then Rashmi's diya got extinguished, her Sindoor ki dibbi spilled and she looked horrified. Rashmi was boiling milk that fell down). She shakes Shyamlee and asks her to speak . Shyamlee slowly moves her hand and wipes the sindoor from Rashmi's forehead !!(Why do they do this ....its so cliche now ). Rashmi looks stunned . Shyamlee tells her Jiju is no more and will never get home !! Rashmi just stares in front looking shattered . Shyamlee hugs her and cries.

Sonny comes from behind, looking sad. Shyamlee sees him, Raghu's body is being brought on a stretcher by a ward boy and the cop. Rashmi is still staring in to space absolutely stunned. Shyamlee tells her Jiju is here !! Shyamlee looks at Raghus body and slowly moves forward. She sits next to his body and just lets out a howl. Shyamlee holds her and they both cry .

Sonny watches this and calls Pooja. He tells her about Shyamlee's jijaji's death . He tells her about the murder . Pooja tells him that she's glad he's safe . She tells him not to tell this news to Vikram . The later he returns its better for them. The cop hands over some paper to Shyamlee . Sonny discusses something with the cop .

Sharda is pacing up and down . Sharda wonders aloud to Kanhaiya whats happening, how Saab is sick suddenly and why Shyamlee and Sonny aren't back yet? Just then Sonny calls and informs her about Raghu's death. She tells him about Saab not being well . Sonny innocently asks what happened to dad ?!!? Sharda hangs up and informs Kanhaiya. Sharda wonders how Singhania had an attack and Raghuveer Sharma (Shyamlee's jiju) passed away coincidentally on the same day?? She wonders if there is a connection between the two incidents. Sharda tells Ravi and Sania about the news . Ravi wakes Komal up and informs her too about Shyamlee Bhabhi's Jiju's death . Komal says that she has to worry about her beauty sleep . She tells him that she has nothing to do with any one in the house. Ravi tries to tick her off but she tells him that she feels cheated since he has made her a housewife instead of an actress. ( This attitude is certainly a disappointment ).

Sonny is at Shyamlee's house . Every one has changed in to white . Sonny looks at Shyamlee and gives a sly smile . Shyamlee gets up and gives a tight slap to Sonny.

Shyamlee yells at him calls him a liar and a cheat. She tells him that he's responsible for his death !! She accuses him of romancing her and then leaving her . She curses him and tells him you'll never be happy . She tells him that you'll be punished for your sins . She says that he's the father of my child . She says my Jiju's body will not leave this house unless he apologises to my Jiju by keeping his head on his feet .

Sonny is shattered by her words . Shyamlee's words resonate in his ears, he falls on his knees, breaks down!!He cries and says its true I have been lying all along. I have cheated Shyamlee! I am Siddhant and am responsible for his death!

The police commissioner asks Shyamlee to tell him what exactly happened at the Durga temple.[8]
