Henry Valder

Henry Valder OBE (18621950) was a notable New Zealand storekeeper, sawmiller and business reformer. He was born in Southampton, Hampshire, England, in 1862.[1]

In the 1948 New Year Honours, Valder was appointed an Officer of the Order of the British Empire for services in promoting industrial relations.[2]
