INS Shakti (disambiguation)

INS Shakti is the name of three ships which served in the Indian Navy.^[1]^[2]

The first Shakti, displacing 3,000 tonnes was of World War II vintage. It was acquired in November 1953, commissioned on 29 January 1954 and decommissioned on 31 December 1967.
The second ship INS Shakti was a large ship built by a German yard. It was commissioned on 21 February 1976 and decommissioned on 21 July 2007, after more than 31 years of naval service.
INS Shakti (A57), a modern Deepak class fleet tanker displacing 27,550 tonnes. It was commissioned in 2011.
