Information behavior
Information Behavior is the set of actions, interactions or behaviors that an individual or group of individuals can do with information and represents an important research area for Information science.
The most frequently studied behavior is Information seeking, whereby information is actively acquired by using an information system or asking another human. However, other behaviours have also received research attention including the sharing, avoiding, organization and re-finding of information.
