Ischemic bowel may refer to:

Ischemic colitis: ischemia of the large bowel
Mesenteric ischemia: ischemia of the small bowel

These vascular disorders of the intestines resulted in 80,000 deaths in 2013 up from 52,000 deaths in 1990.^[1]
