Islington Community Theatre
Islington Community Theatre (“ICT”) is a theatre company based in Islington, London, England, that makes theatre with a company of young people aged 11–19 years. ICT make plays that speak of the teenage experience through long-term, in-depth collaboration between young people and professional theatre-makers.
ICT was founded in 2008 by Ned Glasier. It is currently led by joint-CEO's Ned Glasier (Artistic Director) and Adam Coleman (Executive Director). ICT is an unincorporated association and a registered charity.
ICT’s production of Brainstorm was performed at the Park in January 2015 before transferring to the National Theatre’s Temporary Theatre in July 2015. Brainstorm was released as a BBC iPlayer exclusive in November 2015 as part of Battersea Arts Centre and Arts Council England’s Live from Television Centre.
