Ismet Baba Fish Restaurant is a well-known seafood restaurant located in the Kuzguncuk neighborhood of Üsküdar district in Istanbul, Turkey. The restaurant was established in 1951 by Mehmet İsmet Dökmecier, aka Ismet Baba.

Popularity

It has been listed as the eighth best seafood restaurant in Turkey by Hürriyet newspaper.[1][2]

The restaurant serves up to 16 types of fish. It also has many types of fish salads, 18 types of food other than fish, 15 types of drinks including seven brands of the Turkish specialty rakı.
