Itoshima (糸島市 Itoshima-shi) is a city located in western Fukuoka Prefecture, Japan.
As of June 30, 2011, the city has an estimated population of 100,304, with 37,132 households and a population density of 464.11 persons per km². The total area is 216.12 km².
The modern city of Itoshima was established on January 1, 2010, from the merger of the city of Maebaru and the towns of Shima and Nijo (both from Itoshima district).
