"Jag mår illa" is a song written by Magnus Uggla and Anders Henriksson, and recorded by Magnus Uggla on his 1989 studio album 35-åringen. With lyrics criticizing gossip magazines, the song reached Svensktoppen on 17 September 1989, peaking at 9th position at the Norwegian singles chart, while topping the Swedish singles chart.

Magnus Uggla wrote the song for a film manus screenplay of a film that never was produced.[1]

Swedish radio program Metropol appointed the song "Best Swedish song of the 1980s.[2] Critical opinions meant that it's easy by the end of a decade to remember the songs from the beginning of the same decade.
