James F. Rooney

James F. Rooney (born September 29, 1935) is a former member of the Wisconsin State Assembly.[1]

Biography

Rooney was born in Racine, Wisconsin.[2] He graduated from St. Catherine's High School and served in the United States Army. He was a business manager.[3]

Political career

Rooney was elected to the Assembly in 1972. Additionally, he was a member of the Racine County, Wisconsin Board, eventually serving as its Chairman. He is a Democrat.[4]
