Kim Ji-soo (Hangul: 김지수; March 30, 1993), better known by his stage name Ji Soo (Hangul: 지수), is a South Korean actor. He made his acting debut on stage in 2009 and consequently starred in several short films.[1] He gained wider recognition in television dramas Angry Mom (2015), Page Turner (2016) and Moon Lovers: Scarlet Heart Ryeo (2016).[2][3][4][5]
Early life
In elementary school, Ji-soo was a judo athlete and competed in national competitions. He was an actor trainee under JYP Entertainment in 2012.
Ji Soo is a student of Digital Seoul Culture Arts University, where he majors in Film Theatre.
Personal life
Ji Soo's agency Prain TPC revealed that the actor received surgery for acute Osteomyelitis (inflammation of bone or bone marrow, usually due to infection) on September 13, 2016.[6][7][8][9] On September 27, Ji Soo returned to filming Fantastic. He was officially discharged from the hospital on October 1.[10][11][12][13][14]
