Judith Innes

Judith Innes is a professor emerita at the College of Environmental Design at the University of California, Berkeley.[1][2] Her academic work has focused on the areas of public policy,[3] planning theory and process,[4] collaborative planning,[5][6] communicative planning,[7] and multiple areas of urban planning including transportation and water planning.[1] She holds a Ph.D. in Urban Studies and Planning from MIT and a B.A. in English Literature from Harvard University.[1]
