KQRE-LP, channel 19, is a low-power station serving the Bend, Oregon television market, licensed to nearby Riley, Oregon. Owned by News-Press & Gazette Company, it serves as the market's Telemundo affiliate.
The station originally was a repeater of KTVZ channel 21, the market's NBC affiliate, but in January 2007, the station completed a transmitter move that brought it closer to Bend, making the rebroadcast redundant. The station began broadcasting Telemundo's schedule in analog on channel 19. In addition, KTVZ has a construction permit to move that station's license to Prineville and its transmitter northwest of that town, with a power increase from 5.5 kW to 50 kW. Currently, Telemundo programming can be seen on KFXO's digital signal, on channel 39.2.
Both NBC and Telemundo are owned by NBCUniversal.
