KVPX-LD is a low power SBN affiliated television station in Las Vegas, Nevada, owned by Mako Communications LLC. It broadcasts in digital on UHF channel 28 from its transmitter located in Henderson, Nevada.
In June 2013, KVPX-LD was sold to Landover 5 LLC as part of a larger deal involving 51 other low-power television stations.[1]
During the 2015 Consumer Electronic Show in Las Vegas, it was reported that KVPX was used for demonstrating the new ATSC 3.0 technique in 4K-UHD.
