"Kallai Mattum" (Om Namo Narayan in Sanskrit) is a song from the Tamil film Dasavatharam starring Kamal Haasan, Asin Thottumkal and Mallika Sherawat, directed by K. S. Ravikumar. The music was composed by the Himesh Reshammiya, lyrics were written by Vaali and sung by Hariharan. In Hindi, the lyrics were written by Sameer. This song is highly inspired from a mid-90's Malayalam film Sainyam with music by S. P. Venkatesh in which superstars Mammootty and Vikram acted. This song was picturised with a theme of classic tone, Which shows the past clashes that happened between the old religious communities the "saivam" & "vaishnavam" . Modern graphics was used in picturising this song which brings a real classical color.
