Kathleen Harter (born October 27, 1946) is a former tennis player from the United States. She was ranked seventh in the United States in 1965, eighth in 1967, and fifth in 1968.[1] She reached the semifinals at Wimbledon in 1967 and the quarterfinals at the Australian Open in 1968.
