Keron Francis is a former Grenadian javelin thrower and heptathlete who earned a Gold medal at the Carifta Games in both disciplines. On 12 June 2004, he threw the javelin a personal-best distance of 74.11 metres (243.1 ft) in the event, setting a national record that was broken by Emron Gibbs, who in turn had his record broken by Anderson Peters. Francis also set the indoor national long jump record.[1]
