Kristoffer Douglas Lang (born December 12, 1979) is an American professional basketball player. Lang is a graduate of the University of North Carolina in Chapel Hill, North Carolina. Lang started 108 games during his Tar Heel career from 1998-2002. He has also played for several teams in NBA summer-league and had preseason action with the San Antonio Spurs. He was a member of the USA Basketball squad at the 2005 Tournament of the Americas that qualified the United States for the 2006 World Championship. In January 2013 he signed with the Venezuelan team: "Cocodrilos de Caracas", and is affectionately called "The White Dinosaur".
Family
Kris is married to Shaunte (née Gardin). They have three children. Makayla, Kris Jr., and Abigail.
