Thuc Tuan Thai was born on March 28, 1927.[1] He would go on to help establish the Vietnamese Judo Federation in 1956 .[2] He was an Olympic Level Competitor for the Republic Of South Vietnam.[3] He competed at Men's Middleweight. In that particular olympics he would lose to Peter Snijders and Pipat Sinhasema.[4] He was listed in Black Belt Magazine as a participant within the 1964 Olympic games.[5]
