Lake Yessey (Russian: Ессей) is a large freshwater lake in Krasnoyarsk Krai, north-central part of Russia. It is located at 68°28′00″N 102°25′00″E / 68.4666667°N 102.4166667°E and has an area of 238 km². Many rivers empty to the lake. Lake Yessey is rich in fish. Salvelinus tolmachoffi, the endangered Lake Yessey Char, is found in the waters of this lake.[1]
