LeRoy Martin

LeRoy Martin (1929−August 31, 2013) was an American police chief and officer.[1]

Martin joined the Chicago Police Department in 1955. He served as Superintendent of the Chicago Police Department from 1987 until 1992. He died of a heart attack on August 31, 2013, aged 84, in Dyer, Indiana.[2] A funeral service was held on September 6, gathering hundreds.[3]
