Leslie Frank Rackley is a former New Zealand representative boxer.
Rackley attended Nelson College from 1968 to 1972, where he was a member of the 1st XV rugby team in 1972 and the 1st XI cricket team in 1970 and 1971.[1] He represented New Zealand at the 1974 British Commonwealth Games and won the bronze medal in the men's middleweight (71–75 kg) division.[2]
