Lincoln Alexander Williams (born 6 October 1993 in Brisbane}) is an Australian male volleyball player (in the Opposite position). He was a member of the Australia men's national volleyball team - Volleyroos at age 18 and competed at the 2012 Summer Olympics. Lincoln has represented Australia at the Under 23's World Championships in Brazil in 2013 at age 19 where he was the third highest point scorer and has been a member of the Senior Men's team/squad since 2012 playing in a number of matches in both World League Championships of 2014 and 2015. At club level he has played for the AIS (Australian Institute of Sport senior team starting at age 16 in 2010 to 2012) in the Australian Volleyball League - winning the Best Spiker in his second season 2011 at age 17. After the 2012 Olympics he has played for European Clubs [[Linköping V/C - Sweden - 2012] [Volley Corigliano - Italy - 2013]and [Selver Tallinn VC from 2014 to current]]. Currently he is rated in the top six left hand players (strikers)in the world according to sources - Titans Volleyball and World of Volley and was given the title Williams "The Wizard" relating to his contributions to the Volleyroos during the World League Championships match against Serbia in 2015. Lincoln was one of the few Australian players to feature in the World Leagues highlights for 2015 in the match against Brazil.[1][2]
