List of real estate companies of the Philippines

This is the list of notable real estate companies of the Philippines. The list includes only those companies in the Philippines which have license to develop and sell real estate projects given by House and Land Use Regulatory Board, an agency of the Philippines that gives permits and licenses to real estate developers.

Real estate brokers are separately licensed by the Professional Regulatory Commission, the government agency that conducts examinations to real estate management graduates, by passing competitive real estate board exam. In the Philippines, only licensed real estate brokers are allowed to sign deeds of sale and conduct selling and marketing of real estate properties, employ sub-agents, and finalize contracts to clients.
