Logan Botanic Garden is a botanical garden located near Port Logan on the Rhins of Galloway, at the south-western tip of Scotland.
The area has a mild climate, due to the influence of the North Atlantic drift. The combination of the climate and the sheltered aspect of the gardens enables plants to be cultivated which would not normally survive outdoors in Scotland.[1] There are many beautiful plants which can be found in few other gardens in Britain. It has a Woodland Garden and a Walled Garden and also Terrace Garden with its stunning avenue of Chusan palms. The opening times are in March and October 10.00am - 5.00pm Daily and in April to September 10.00am - 6.00pm Daily as well. Admission charges are £5.00 for an adult, £4.00 for concessions, £1.00 for a child and £10.00 for a family ticket
