Lorraine Mooney

Lorraine Mooney has worked closely with Libertarian tobacco lobbyist Roger Bate of the Institute of Economic Affairs in the creation of a number of think-tanks and policy groups. Between 1994 and 2004 she was in London running the European Science and Environment Forum. This operation was financed by the US tobacco industry.[1]
