Maihpit is a village in Hsi Hseng Township, Taunggyi District, in the Shan State of eastern Burma.^[1] It is located southwest of Nawnghkathpa and Loisawn. It is a primarily agricultural village with extensive fields surrounding it.^[2]^[3]
