Mami Abe (born 13 September 1972) is a Japanese female former weightlifter, who competed in the 56 kg category and represented Japan at international competitions. She won the bronze medal in the clean & jerk at the 1991 World Weightlifting Championships lifting 97.5 kg.[1]
