Manushulu Mamathalu is a 1965 Telugu drama film. The film was directed by Kotayya Pratyagatma.[1] Tatineni Rama Rao worked as associate director for this film. This is the first film where Jayalalithaa was paired opposite Akkineni Nageswara Rao. The film is remembered as the Telugu debut film of Jayalalitha.
