Material, also stylized as material, is Japanese singer-songwriter ACO's fifth studio album, released on May 23, 2001.

Material delves deep into the experimental, electronica-based music trend ACO touched upon on her previous album Absolute Ego.[1]

The album was produced by Sunahara Yoshinori from Denki Groove, Adrian Sherwood and Skip McDonald (who both produced Sinéad O'Connor). "This Woman's Work" is a cover of the Kate Bush song of the same name.

The album reached #19 on the Oricon weekly chart, and stayed on the chart for a total of four weeks, it sold approximately 25 000 copies.
