It contains 12,250 square feet (1,138 m2) of gaming space[1] and 91 rooms.[2] It was owned by 777 Gaming from 2011 to 2015.[3] On September 11, 2015 The Max Casino (formerly the Carson Station) was issued 71 charges by the Nevada State Gaming Commission citing many violations of Nevada Gaming Law.
