Metro Potrero is a metro station on the Mexico City Metro.[1][2] It is located in the Gustavo A. Madero borough, in the northern part of Mexico City.[1]

The station logo depicts a colt behind a fence.[1][2] The Spanish word potrero means pasture land used for breeding horses (potros). The name of this station refers to the nearby potreros that existed in the zone in early 20th century.[1]

Metro Potrero stands on Avenida Insurgentes Norte and serves the Guadalupe Insurgentes and Colonia Calputitlan neighbourhoods.[1] The station opened on 1 December 1979[3]
