Micro-PGA2

The μPGA2 socket

The Micro-PGA2, also known as the μPGA2, is Intel's pin grid array package for their Pentium III and some later Celeron mobile processors. It replaced its predecessor, Micro-PGA1, which was used in Pentium II and early Celeron mobile processors. This socket was also used in Microsoft's Xbox Console, but in a Ball Grid Array (BGA) format.
