Microancathus is a genus of lumpfishes native to the North Pacific.

There are currently 2 recognized species in this genus:
- Microancathus fedorovi (Mandritsa, 1991) (Fedorov's lumpsucker) - traditionally included in Eumicrotremus.[1]
- Microancathus tokranovi Voskoboinikova, 2015 (Tokranov's lumpsucker)[1]
