Guzev Mikhail Aleksandrovich (born 6 August 1962) is a Russian mathematician, mechanician and a corresponding member of the Russian Academy of Sciences (RAS). Director of Institute of Applied Mathematics of Far-Eastern Branch of RAS.[1]
Biography
M.Guzev was born in Krasnodar (USSR) in 1962. He was educated in SPbSU (Faculty of Physics), which was completed in 1984.[2]
Doctor of physical and mathematical sciences (1999).[3]
In 2003 Guzev was elected a Corresponding member of the Russian Academy of Sciences.
In 2006 was elected a Director Institute of Applied Mathematics of Far-Eastern Branch of RAS.
