Mohamed Douch, PhD is a Canadian economist. He is a professor at the Royal Military College of Canada (RMCC) where he has been on the faculty since 2006.[1]

Biography

Dr Douch was born in Morocco.[2] He received his B.A. in Economics from Université Mohammed V in 1997 and his M.Sc. in Financial Economics from The Université du Québec à Montréal (UQAM) in 2001.[3] In 2006, he received his Ph.D. from The Université du Québec à Montréal.[4] After receiving his Ph.D, he was named an assistant professor at the department of Politics and Economics, the Royal Military College of Canada.

He is a member of the American Economic Association, the Canadian Economics Association and a research fellow at the Centre for International and Defence (CIDP)[5] and at the John Deutsch Institute for the Study of Economic Policy (JDI),[6] Queen's University.

Dr. Douch has presented numerous papers at international conferences. He published numerous articles in the fields of Macroeconomics, financial economics and defense economics. Mohamed is also a reviewer for number of international journals.
