- Note: Earlier shows were ended with a cover of The Ramones song "Pet Semetary" in honor of the passing of Joey Ramone with guests joining the band on stage, including C.J. Ramone, Marky Ramone, Clawfinger vocalist Zak Tell, and Jerry Only of The Misfits. As the tour went on it was replaced with Stripped.
