N. C. Downs House is a historic home located at Kenton, Kent County, Delaware. The house was built about 1820, and is a two-story, three-bay, brick dwelling. It has a gable roof and corbelled brick cornice. It has a 1 1/2-story, 3 bay, frame wing on the west gable end and a small 1-story wing attached.[2]
It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1983.[1]
