Nina Hamid is a Bangladeshi folk singer.[1] She is notable for the songs "Jey Jon Prem-er Bhaab Janey Na".[2] She was awarded Ekushey Padak in 1994 by the Government of Bangladesh.
Early life
Hamid was born to Abu Mohammad Abdullah Khan and Sofrun Nessa.[3]
Personal life
Hamid is married to modern singer MA Hamid. Folk and modern dancer Farhana Chowdhury is Hamid's niece.[4]
