Noise (song)

"Noise" is a song co-written and recorded by American country music artist Kenny Chesney and written by Ross Copperman, Shane McAnally and Jon Nite. It was released in March 2016 as the first single from Chesney's seventeenth studio album, Cosmic Hallelujah.^[1]

Music video

The music video was directed by Shaun Silva and premiered in May 2016.^[2]

Commercial performance

The song entered the Country Airplay chart at number 21 on its first week of release, which is Chesney's record-extending ninth top 25 debut,^[3] and it also debuted on the Hot Country Songs chart at number 33. The following week when the song was released for sale, the song debuted at number 2 on the Country Digital Songs chart, selling 33,000 copies, and it rose to number 14 on the Hot Country Songs chart.^[4] The song has sold 214,000 copies in the United States as of August 2016.^[5]
