Nojus Bartaška, also known as Bartas (born June 26, 1996 in Kaunas, Lithuania), is a singer-songwriter who represented Lithuania in the Junior Eurovision Song Contest 2010.[1]
Biography
Nojus started singing in 2000. He was a member of the "Ca-Ca" band and in 2002, 2004 and 2005 he participated in the "Laumes Juosta" festival as a member of the "Saules Vaikai" band.[2]
On September 26, 2010, he won the Lithuanian national final for the Junior Eurovision Song Contest 2010 in Minsk with the song "Oki-Doki".[2]
His mother Rūta Zaikauskaitė-Bartaškienė is a singer performing in Kaunas Musical Theatre.[3] His father Saulius Bartaška is also a singer, known as "Pirate Captain Flint".[3]
