Now That's What I Call Music 15 or Now 15 was released in 1989 on vinyl, audio cassette and CD. Videos of selected songs were released on VHS. The album is the 15th edition of the Now! series in the United Kingdom.
Now 15 features three songs which reached number one on the UK Singles Chart: "Ferry Cross the Mersey", "Back to Life (However Do You Want Me)" and "Swing the Mood".
