Ophiogobius is a genus of gobies native to the coastal Pacific and Atlantic waters of southern South America.[1]

There are currently two recognized species in this genus:[1]
- Ophiogobius jenynsi Hoese, 1976
- Ophiogobius ophicephalus (Jenyns, 1842)
